This policy explains how Insight Agência de Marketing LTDA (“CaliStart 21”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Brazil, CNPJ 54.884.128/0001-94, SES Quadra 13, Lote 11, Sobradinho, Brasília-DF, 73020-413, Brazil, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or buy our digital guides.

1. Information we collect
- Purchase information: name, email address, country and state, order number, products bought and amount paid. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Hotmart; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us: the content of support and refund emails.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited and referring link, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel when our advertising is active.
We do not ask for health information, and you should not send it to us.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the products you bought and send your receipt and download link.
- To answer support and refund requests.
- To send emails related to your purchase, such as tips for following the 21-day plan. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in each email.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
- Hotmart, which processes payments and may act as merchant of record. Its privacy policy applies to the data it handles.
- Service providers that work for us: email delivery, website hosting and analytics.
- Advertising partners such as Meta, if advertising pixels are active on this site. This may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state laws; see section 6 to opt out.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. International transfers
We are based in Brazil and our providers may process data in Brazil, the United States and other countries. When we transfer data internationally we use the safeguards required by applicable law.
5. How long we keep it
- Purchase and tax records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which in Brazil is at least 5 years.
- Support messages: up to 2 years after your last message.
- Marketing email data: until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required. Residents of Brazil also have the rights in Article 18 of Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), including the right to complain to the ANPD.
How to exercise them: email privacy@calistart21.online with the subject “Privacy Request”. We verify requests using the email linked to your purchase and respond within 45 days, or sooner where your law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and, when our advertising is active, to measure and show ads through the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of ad measurement by emailing privacy@calistart21.online or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
8. Children
This website and our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
